We do not offer installment plans; however, you may reserve an item with a 20% deposit and settle the balance within 7 calendar days via our secure hold service.
All deposits and store credits are non-refundable. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

SELLING & CONSIGNMENT
Yes. We welcome direct buyouts, consignments, and trade-ins. While we specialize in Hermès, we also accept select pieces from top luxury maisons.
For transactions up to $20,000 CAD, we offer e-Transfer. For higher amounts, we issue cheques or wire transfers (a $10 CAD fee applies for wire payouts).
Our pricing is determined by dedicated experts based on real-time market demand, not retail price or seasonal trends. We evaluate each piece based on brand, year, style, color, leather, size, condition, and completeness of packaging.
- Buyout: Receive immediate payment after authentication.
- Consignment: We list and market your item globally. You’re paid once it sells — often yielding a higher return.

No. Your payout is exactly as stated in your signed agreement. We cover all associated costs — including listing, storage, insurance, and professional authentication.
Once the 60-day consignment period ends, you may reclaim your item, request a valuation refresh, or consider a direct buyout.
You may drop it off in-store or ship it to us. We’ll walk you through the process for either method.
The seller is responsible for shipping and insurance. We advise using a trackable, signature-required service. The item remains your responsibility until confirmed received by us.

Yes. We ship globally via trusted carriers like UPS and DHL, FEDEX.

All rates are flat and non-refundable. Duties and taxes not included.

Yes — all orders require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Yes. You may schedule an in-store pickup at our Richmond store.
Customs clearance times vary and are beyond our control. Use your tracking number to liaise with your local customs office directly.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any fees incurred. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Inspect your item upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours if there are any concerns. While we are not liable for courier issues, we will assist you in resolving the situation.
TAXES & DUTIES
Yes. Canadian orders are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes, calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
Yes. All sales, including second-hand luxury goods, are taxed according to Canadian law.
No. Orders shipped outside Canada are exempt from Canadian taxes, though your local customs office may apply import duties and VAT.
Unfortunately, Canada does not offer tax refunds for retail purchases made by international visitors.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Yes. We offer expert in-store authentication for Hermès pieces:
- $79 CAD for standard items
- $119 CAD for items valued over $55,000
Our process includes in-house inspection, and third-party verification. Certificates are emailed same-day.
Yes. If you're looking for something specific, we can source it globally. A 20% deposit secures the item, and the remaining balance is due on arrival. Please note: all sourcing deposits are final and non-refundable.
Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, all sales and deposits are final. We provide in-depth product images and condition reports so you can shop with absolute confidence.
